Welcome!

Hey there!

Cheers to you for prioritizing your fitness! You’re amazing!

To get started …

all new clients are required to take
a private session before registering
for a group Reformer class.

This will help you become familiar with the studio, V2Max Reformer, Pilates principles, and more.

Yay!

Also, if you’re new to Pilates, a private lesson will help you understand the basics and receive the guidance you need
to get the most out of the Pilates system.

How to get started:

1) Intro Private Session Pack {3 private sessions} to get the full scope of the apparatus and Pilates system.

2) Intro to Reformer {Private} session provides a great introduction to the studio, apparatus, and some of the Pilates principles.

Either choice is perfection!

  • 1) All new clients are asked to start with Intro to Reformer - Private or Intro Private Session Pack.

After your first private session, you may attend group classes.

    2) Wear comfortable workout clothes to class (more form-fitting attire helps your instructor see your form).

    3) Grip socks are a must for safety and sanitary reasons. If you forget grip socks, they are available to borrow.

    3) Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

    4) We use the state-of-the-art Merrithew V2 Max Reformers in the studio. You will learn how the apparatus works during your first session — it’s an amazing Reformer!
