Essential Reformer Class
Perfect for beginners. This class incorporates Essential level exercises from the STOTT PILATES® repertoire. Pilates beginners improve strength, posture, flexibility, and endurance.

Intermediate Reformer Class
For the more experienced Pilates student able to properly execute most Essential Level exercises. This class incorporates both Essential and Intermediate Level exercises from the STOTT PILATES® repertoire.

Class sizes are small to ensure you get the most personal attention and instruction.

Expect to be challenged, leave energized, and have a lot of FUN.

Each class is 50 minutes of whole body movement.

All classes require PRE-REGISTRATION.

Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes.

Packages are transferable but not refundable. All sales are final.
