  • Monthly renewal date: If you purchase your membership subscription on the 9th, you will be automatically charged that same membership price every month on the 9th going forward.

    Perks: If you'd like to take additional classes after reaching your monthly utilization, book classes for $33.30 per class (VIP Silver Members) or $30.33 per class (VIP Gold Members) before the monthly billing cycle ends.  The regular rate is $45.00 per class, so this perk provides excellent value.  See "over-booking" below.  

    Class credits: Do you have class credits remaining from a previously purchased package? You may use those credits anytime — they will not disappear when you register for a membership.

    Booking future classes: You may book classes past your monthly renewal date, even before your next payment processes.


    Over-booking: Over-booking: You may book sessions using your membership even when usage limit is reached during the month. You will then automatically be charged the drop-in price ($33.30 / class for VIP Silver Membership or $30.33 for VIP Gold Memberships) when your membership renews.

    For example, if your VIP Gold Membership, which has a usage limit of 8 classes per month, runs from Nov 9 - Dec 8, and you’ve used up your 8 class credits during the month but want to take more classes before Dec 9 … what happens?

    You may book (“over-book”) additional classes, i.e. if you take 4 more classes (in addition to the 8 classes on your membership) before Dec 8, those additional 4 classes will be charged to your credit card when your membership renews at the start of the next membership period. In this example, the $121.32 for the 4 classes would be automatically added to your renewal rate next month.

    Payment fails: When a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge the credit card again in 3 days.


    Payment dates & payment plans: Let Jessica know if you’d you like your membership to renew / your card charged on a specific date, or if you’d like to set up a payment plan (i.e. pay 50% of your membership at the start of the monthly term, and another 50% in 14 days).
